Free Consultation:
By completing the contact page on the website and e-mailing to kenneth@otsos.ie a member of the management team will be in contact shortly after, with a view to setting up a consultation meeting. There will be no fee for this consultation.

Support Level 1:
Smart Business Solution -
Office Management
This is the office management Support Level 1 package. An agreement is reached in advance to establish the work required and the documentation needed to provide Support Level 1. We anticipate that Support Level 1 will cost from €50.00 to €500.00 plus Vat per month. A fee will be agreed at the consultation meeting for the first quarter, thereafter it will be calculated on hours spent and again at the each quarter, which will detail hours worked, rates agreed.
Support Level 2:
Smart Business Solution -
Business Management
This is the interim Support Level Package. We charge a retainer of €1,000.00 + Vat for this level of support plus €500.00 + Vat per month. We agree the Business Management support required and we monitor with you monthly the cost effectiveness of our output against the fees you are charged. We review the overall Support Package on a quarterly basis to establish that our Support Package is providing the service level agreed. Increase / Decrease in monthly fee will be agreed at these quarterly reviews. The Support Level 2 agreement and fees is additional to Support Level 1.
Support Level 3:
Smart Business Solutions -
Business Development
We charge a retainer fee of €1,000.00 plus Vat. A further fee applicable to the workload and this fee would start at €1,000.00 plus Vat per month. We agree the Business Development support required and we monitor on a monthly basis, the cost effectiveness of our output against the fees charged. We review the overall Support Package on a quarterly basis with you to establish the Support Package is providing the service level agreed. Changes in the monthly fee will be agreed in advance at these quarterly reviews The Support Level 3 agreement and fees is additional to Support Levels 1 and 2 A 'Service Level Agreement' will be provided for all of the above.
Termination of Agreement:
Both parties have the right to terminate this arrangement by providing one months notice in writing in advance to the other party. Payments are made by Direct Debit for all of the above in advance, all payments due must be received before documentation is returned or forwarded to another party.

Oifig Thart will guarantee to treat all information received in complete and strict confidence.
